These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Lumerix Brands Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at Rampur Road, Bareilly - 243001, Uttar Pradesh, India (referred to as “Vadora Cares,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of www.vadoracares.com (the “Website”) and any products, services, or content offered through it (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Website, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are using the Website on behalf of a minor or another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, current, or free of typographical errors. Actual product packaging and appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the Website.
Skincare disclaimer: Vadora Cares products are skincare products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements regarding ingredients (such as Sea Buckthorn) reflect general skincare and wellness benefits and have not been evaluated by any medical or regulatory authority as therapeutic claims. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before first use and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or any pre-existing skin condition, please consult a dermatologist before use.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
We accept payment via the methods made available at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available for your delivery location. COD orders may be subject to additional verification (such as an OTP confirmation call) and may not be available for all pin codes, order values, or product categories.
All prepaid payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete card or banking credentials.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or issues with delivery to your location. In such cases, if payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
You may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped by contacting us at support@vadoracares.com or 7055566307. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may raise a return/replacement request in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, involve suspected abuse of promotional offers, or that we are unable to fulfil due to logistical constraints.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We currently ship only within India.
7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including but not limited to the Vadora Cares name, logo, trademarks, product names, text, graphics, images, videos, product formulations, packaging design, and the overall “look and feel” of the Website — is the exclusive property of Lumerix Brands Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use in connection with your own purchase.
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with such third parties are solely between you and them.

15. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or courier/logistics partner failures.
16. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Promotional codes, discounts, and offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, and cannot ordinarily be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution provisions below, the courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this Section prevents you from approaching the appropriate Consumer Forum/Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the National Consumer Helpline, at your discretion.
19. Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lumerix Brands Private Limited regarding your use of the Website, superseding any prior agreements.
